Build-out analysis based upon existing zoning, land use regulations, and environmental constraints in Center Harbor and Meredith. Provides detail about future land use, development capabilities, and the amount of additional traffic that could be generated if the corridor was developed to its full potential.

Master Plan, Community Facilities Chapter
The town of Hill, NH recently updated their master plan. I was asked to facilitate the update of the Community Facilities and Implementation chapters as well as finalize the entire Master Plan. Below is one of the maps I developed for use in the Plan.

Innovative land use ordinance
The town of Holderness, NH wanted to explore the feasability of implementing a Steep Slope Ordinance to help protect sensitive environmental areas from development. This map was used during their analysis.

The ordinance includes technical descriptions of permitted vegetation removal restrictions. I developed the graphics below, using Google Sketch-Up and Adobe Photoshop, to help illustrate the restrictions
